By accessing or using the Anthropon platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Anthropon is a cloud-based human resources information system (HRIS) that provides tools for people management, leave management, workflow automation, document management, approvals, reporting, and related HR functions. The Service is provided as a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must use a valid corporate email address for registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is offered under various subscription plans:
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for recurring subscription fees. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service. We will not access, use, or share your Customer Data except as necessary to operate the Service, comply with law, or as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which we will delete it within 90 days.

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Anthropon and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anthropon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anthropon, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Anthropon is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.
