An employee is any active person in your directory with a profile. Admin users (HR Admin, IT Admin, Managers) also count toward your limit. Deactivated employees are not counted.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. Annual billing saves you 25% compared to monthly. Starter is $3/user/month billed annually, and Business is $6/user/month billed annually.
